    Description

    The aluminum castings for this fish scale were made by Carter Mfg of Rockford Illinois in the 1940's or the 1950's. This scale was completed in 2018 as a souvenir for the International Society of Antique Scale Collectors convention in Minneapolis Minnesota, using the original castings from the 1950's.  The only way to get one of these scales was to attend the convention. There were less than 60 made. This is a working fish scale in new condition. It measures about 8 1/4" long including the hook.   This item may be picked up in Genoa IL. This item may be inspected in Genoa Illinois before the end of the auction.
