Adjustable bed and XL twin mattress both for 0. The bed is adjustable, head, feet and height can all be adjusted individually. The bed has wheels with locks and the rails on the sides go up and down. The mattress fits XL twin and full sheets and pressure redistribution (recommended for maximum therapeutic prevention, treatment and management of pressure ulcers). Dimensions of the bed is 87 in. long and 38 in. wide. In good condition, we only used it less than a year (previously used before us).
