Peterbilt Speedometer Guage 1988

Or the part no. could read 17-02730-001  I can't tell if its a 7 or 9
It came out of a 1988 Pete.  Vin # 1XP5DB9X1JD260681
Inside glass is a bit dirty so the miles are hard to read.  I may take it apart and clean it up.  If I do I will repost new photos.
Miles read 82,489 (low miles)
we can't tell but we are pretty sure those miles have not been messed with and are actual since we know the truck and where it came from.
