You are looking at a
"REYNOLDS METALS COMPANY HIRES ROOT BEER ART APPROVAL SHEET /PROTOTYPE "JAPAN" 4 COLOR OFFSET 1981".
The art was created by Mission Engraving and Offset Plate Company for Reynolds of Kent Washington.  The art is mounted on poster board using 4 separate sheets with different colors.  The colors are white, blue, brown and orange.  We believe that this was designed for Japan, but we are unsure.  Please see the pictures that show the writing.
The art itself seems to be in pretty good condition except near the corners where there are a few creases.  The poster board is damaged at every corner and there are several creases in other spots.  The back of the poster board is discolored and dirty.  The art could be mounted on different poster board to make it look better.  This would make a nice addition to your collection of soda art.
You get what you see in the pictures so please look closely at all of the pictures, note the damage and make sure that this is exactly what you want before you decide to make a purchase.
