    Description

    This is a pre-owned handmade women’s Navy blue Civil War style skirt. (Washed & pressed) The skirt is very full and the waist has 2 mother of pearl buttons to fasten. The fabric is cotton.  There are a few small holes at the bottom (see pictures)
