The pearls themselves are truly beautiful and the clasp with pearls and sapphires is absolutely stunning. The clasp could be worn either in the front or the back of the necklace whichever one prefers. The necklace itself is 20 inches long. The necklace has genuine pearls 7 mm in front tapering to 6mm in the back. The heart clasp is14 karat yellow gold and is studded with 5 genuine sapphires. The heart clasp measures 17mm x 14mm. The necklace is in great condition. The pearls have recently been professionally re-strung and are knotted between each one for security." The necklace weighs 38.4 grams.
