    Victorian Civil War Hoop Dress Reenactment Costume with satin-feel fabric and lace. The bust measured lying flat is 18". Across the waist is 15.5". The back of the bodice is laced up with grommets to allow adjustable size. From top to bottom is 52.5".
    The dress is pictured over a hoop skirt that is NOT included. There dress is handmade with plenty of little details like decorations seams and little black flowers at the hemlines. The ribbon at waist is removable. The sleeves can be worn on off of the shoulders. Rarely used.
