  • Condition: Item is in MOSTLY like new condition. However, there are scratches on the top of the lid in 3 different places, visible when held to the light. There is one going across the horse's hoof, and in 2-3 other sections. Again, only visible to the light and the markings are consistent with someone placing the lid on a hard surface, upside down.

    Up for consideration is an excellent condition, Vintage Spode Edwardian Childhood 5" Lidded Porcelain Box -great for the Jane Austen fan filled with tea, great for the Nursery, all done in excellent Blue and White artwork.  If you know an Edwardian fan, then be sure to gift this piece!  SO neat with the toys of the Edwardian period in blue on white porcelain.  Fabulous condition with exception to the scratches found in the lid as outlined above. Be sure to grab this adorable rare piece while you can, fill it with your favorite tea, and curl up with a copy of "Sense and Sensibility," or "Pride and Prejudice."  Just a great piece!
