his is for a set of 4. Rubber tires. With green steel rims. The wheels are 4 1/2" in diameter. The inner shaft hole measures 3/8" in diameter. The rubber width looks to be about 3/8" wide. The steel rims bubble out in the center. The green steel rims have scratches, rust spots and wear. From years of storage. The rubber is like new. My first picture shows in my opinion the best sides.
