This is a water resistant, windproof, breathable jacket from Sierra Designs.    Attached hood, storm flap over zipper, corded waist cinch, 2 zippered hand pockets, hood visor,  velcro adjustable wrists.  Lightweight shell, packs small, 12 ounces.  No stains or tears or holes in outer nylon fabric.  Was made as a  waterproof/breathable rain jacket, but has a couple of small leaks so it is now a good looking, packable wind jacket that can keep you 99% dry in a light rain, and somewhat dry in a heavy rain.  Small leak in shoulder, and in hood near collar (see photo for delamination of waterproof coating).
